Privacy Policy

LeadToWon is a customer relationship management (CRM) service operated by Jenblat Inc., 748 Warren Ave, Swansea, MA 02777, United States ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and profile photo when you sign up or sign in with Google.
- Data you put in the CRM: deals, contacts, companies, notes, activities, files and custom fields that you or your team add or import.
- Connected accounts: if you connect a mailbox or calendar, the emails and calendar events needed to show your conversations and meetings on the right deals, and the access tokens needed to keep them in sync.
- Calls and texts: if you use calling or texting, phone numbers, call records, recordings you choose to keep, and message content.
- Usage and device data: log data such as IP address, browser type and pages used, kept to run, secure and improve the service.
How we use it
We use your information to provide and secure the service, sync your connected accounts, run the features you turn on (such as sequences, automations and AI features), send service emails, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the data in your workspace to advertise to you or anyone else.
Google user data
If you connect a Google account, LeadToWon reads and sends email (Gmail) and reads and creates calendar events (Google Calendar) only to show your sales conversations and meetings in the CRM and to send the emails and invites you create in it. LeadToWon's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not allow humans to read it except with your permission, for security, or as required by law, and we do not use it to train general-purpose AI models.
AI features
When you use an AI feature, the text needed for that request (for example, a deal's recent emails) is sent to the AI provider that powers it, either our provider or one you connect with your own key. Requests are logged in your workspace so you can see what was sent and what it cost. Providers we use do not train their models on this data under our agreements with them.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run LeadToWon, including cloud hosting, email delivery, AI model providers, and telephone carriers for calling and texting. They process data only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete records at any time, disconnect a mailbox or calendar (which stops syncing and deletes its tokens), or ask us to delete your account and workspace data by writing to support@leadtowon.com. We delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer. Backups roll off within 35 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and connected-account tokens and carrier credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to people who need it to run the service.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your data from inside the app or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know, to delete, or to opt out of certain processing. We will not discriminate against you for using them.
Text messages
Contacts who receive text messages sent through LeadToWon can reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Mobile numbers and opt-in information are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
Children
LeadToWon is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
If we make material changes, we will update this page and tell account owners by email before they take effect.
