Terms of Service
Effective November 3, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (and the business you sign up for) and Jenblat Inc., 748 Warren Ave, Swansea, MA 02777 ("we", "us"), for the use of LeadToWon. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
LeadToWon is a CRM. The core service is free. Some extras, such as platform AI credits beyond the free allowance, calling minutes, text messages, phone numbers and future paid plans, are charged as shown in the app before you buy them. We may change or add features over time.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for your business. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us right away about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your team members do.
Your data
You own the data you put into LeadToWon. You give us permission to host, process and display it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use LeadToWon to send spam or messages that break the law, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the TCPA and carrier rules for text messaging; to contact people who have opted out; to store data you have no right to use; to break or probe the service's security; or to resell the service without our written permission. You are responsible for getting any consent the law requires before you email, call or text someone. We may suspend sending, calling, texting or AI features, or the account, to stop abuse or protect the service, and we will tell you why when we can.
AI features
AI output can be wrong. Review drafts and suggestions before you rely on them or send them. Free AI allowances and daily limits apply to platform AI; using your own key or assistant is not limited by us but is subject to that provider's terms and charges.
Payments
Paid extras are billed as shown at purchase. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchased credits are not refundable. Taxes may apply.
Third party services
When you connect Google, Microsoft, a carrier or another service, your use of it is also governed by that provider's terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using LeadToWon and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify account owners by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law rules, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
